The easiest way to create a new article: Click write new article in the toolbox on the left menu, enter the title of the page you want to create and hit the create button.
You can add images by creating an account then hit 'Upload File' in the menu on your left in the toolbox. Include them on your page like this [[Image:Imagename.gif]].
If you want to know how something else is done, just look how it's done by clicking the edit button on the page where you see it.
If you think a page should be deleted put {{afd}} on the page. See Template:afd
