Content under this license is preserved for the good of the peoples. The party council determines the good of the peoples. The soldat.nl staff is the current acting party council.

You can appeal to a party council decision with the party council. The party council will then hear all parties and revise its decision.

A court of law can test wether a decision of the party council fits within the framework of this license. The court will allow freedom of policy on behalf of the party council, but not to the extend as would the party council retain all rights.

This license is subject to the law of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Jurisdiction over this document lies with the district court of Breda, The Netherlands. The license is only valid as long as the laws of the country in which the contributor lives or has citizenship do not forbid a free choice of law and jurisdiction by civil contract.

A court of law can test the legal validity of this document, if this document or any of the conditions stated in this document would not be valid the chairman of the party council preserves all rights.
