k / Shoozza doesn't know how he found out about Soldat but one of the first sites he visited was soldat.pl and enesce.com.

He was playing DM at the beginning with nick ]TONICC[ and used Ruger mostly. After some time he got interested in climbing mode.

Because the server back then didn't allow downloading maps (at least the ones he wanted to join) he googled for them and that's how he visited enesce.com (which had a page with some climbing maps at that time).

He began playing on eC servers and met EnEsCe & Chrisgbk there. One day Chrisgbk cleared the banned.txt and a lot of hackers (version 1.3.1.) joined. Due to the massive amount of admin requests EnEsCe gave k temporary adminrights (with /admip). Later he got the adminlog password too.

After climbing some months (were he first met Bombski) he decided to create his own climbingmaps (the ctf__k_ maps). His first map was ctf___k_1st_v2 (the v1 never made it).

Because of EnEsCe's history he joined a Soldat hacking community and learned how to manipulate Soldat. He always hacked Soldat with the aim to improve Soldat and also asked MM for his permission. The result of this was Shoozza chatMod. He got problems with EnEsCe, who didn't want to have a Soldathacker in his Forum , banned him from his forum. But after renting a server at eC and with the support of Chrisgbk and others who protested against the ban he got unbanned.

Later FliesLikeABrick forced him to decide between Soldatforums and the Soldathacking community. Due to the fact that he didn't want to get banned at Soldatforums he left the hacking community. After his climbing time he got interested in knife only mode. He played at Quloa severs and on the BS sever, got in contact with Serg, Lizzy and SeaStorm (the hoster of Quloa servers). He got in contact with KeFear and after one year of suggesting features and asking for the sourcecode (:-D) KeFear decided to give him what he wants. After some time he met KeyDoN, Perry and r0adkill became soldat.pl translator and member of Selfkill team. Flamingo helped k to get a position as Beta tester.

Because he was seen lately active in a gamehacker community he got kicked out of the Betatester team. Due to that he decided to stop playing Soldat. However he said that he will still help KeFear out with ARSSE. But some time later he was readded to the Betatester team a few days after he talked with FliesLikeABrick about his kickout.

Since then his goal was to actively help improving Soldat. He was active in the public beta test of Soldat 1.5.0 and together with BE|$able he helped to MM to fix the Weapon and flag drop bug. Reported bugs he found or other players told him about (including the ones which didn't got fixed).

But he could never get into the Dev team. There was a problem between the Soldat Developers one of them accepted him the other one had different unsustainable reasons for not having Shoozza in the Developers team even though he had support from the forum admins and other people important Soldat contributors. After months of struggling, negotiating and asking for the real reason he had enough and decided to set deadline to stop this dilemma.

Shoozza left the Soldat community 2nd June 2009. Since he couldn't reach his goal to be official Soldat Dev (one of the Devs still refused to accept him) when the deadline passed he sent PM's to people he knew on the forums with the message that he is leaving the community. His forums Global Mod and Betatester status had been removed later (also he didn't get a pm about getting removed from the Betatester team).

Earlier this year he wrote that there will be a new release release of ARSSE on 2nd April 2010. To keep this promise he confirmed to work on ARSSE till that day.

Couple weeks later he got involved in the EnEsCe's ping fraud issue.

At this time a few forum members asked him if he could do a Soldat open source game instead of a Soldat port. After talking with MM he decided to stop soldatPorted (his project to port Soldat to Linux) and to start a Soldat-like but not compatible open source game called openSoldat.

k's fist nick was ]TONICC[. He found that one on an t-shirt just added another C and the nickname was born.
The nick k was chosen by k after his friend played with it on a soldatserver. Because it was short and everyone could remember it he used it for a long time.
One day k thought he would need another nick and came up with Shoozza while he was waiting for a train home. He was inspirited by the name of the program Shareaza. However people tend to write this nick wrong.
The nick 4a|\| is actually just leetspeak for Aan. Some people think it stands for the expressway A4 ;).
k also used the nick noob for some time while he was owning on knife servers. The main reason was to make people stop using it.
Today he uses the nick Shoozza
