WG is one of the elite realmode clans out there, also one of the oldest still existing realmode clans in the world of soldat. WG is more of a brotherhood than a clan where everyone has a saying.

Main Info

Western Gunners is a Realistic Mode-playing Soldat clan which was found after the cancellation of the Clan Sith Soldiers, by TX, who was a member of Sith Soldiers and wanted to make a clan for professional, non-laming Realistic Mode players. The name, Western Gunners, comes from Western movies, which TX liked so much when he created the clan.

Some claim that WG also is the abbreviation for Wild Gays. This is only partly true, mind you. The rumor sparked after a match report by Madchal following a SRL match and has haunted the WG members ever since.

WG is a clan which plays with ranks, although the ranks don't mean much; they mainly show the amount of responsibility a member takes for the clan, while all members except the Cowboys take a huge amount of responsibility. Its members have {WG/ some letter} in front of their names. Here are the letter ranks beginning with the highest:

  • {WG/L} The Law, the founder of the clan
  • {WG/S} The Sheriff
  • {WG/D} The Deputy
  • {WG/C} The Cowboy

WG declared champions. They defeated the feared clan RR in the final, a realmode clan put together of the best players normal mode has to offer.

WG failed this one and came in third after defeating USB in the bronze game.

WG came in second after getting defeated by cc in the final.
